I’ve faced significant physical challenges, including ACL/meniscus tear in my left knee and two back surgeries for a herniated disc that was causing major sciatic pain and muscle atrophy. After gaining a lot of weight from those injuries, I lost about 80 pounds through consistent resistance training and macronutrient tracking.
